Program name: Capitol Family Exteriors Text Program
Program description: When you opt in, Capitol Family Exteriors sends conversational text messages (SMS and MMS) related to your home exterior project, including: AI-generated remodel preview images of your home in response to photos you text us; free quote and consultation scheduling; appointment confirmations and reminders; post-appointment follow-ups; and customer care messages.
How you opt in: You can join the program by (1) texting a photo of your home or a keyword such as HOME, QUOTE, or START to our number — as advertised on our website, postcards, door hangers, and job-site signs — or (2) providing your written consent on our appointment or intake form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages in response to your own messages, around your scheduled appointments, and occasionally afterward for customer care.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, simply text us again or opt in on a new intake form.

All work we perform is governed by a written Project Agreement and our manufacturer-backed warranty terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capitol Improvements LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the text program. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties provided in a signed Project Agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
