A DC classic and a rare install to install shingled roofs in DC. Most homes we do in DC are flat roofs due to a majority of homes in DC being row homes. This is one of those classic DC brick homes with real timber construction. This home over the years had been shingled over so we had to remove 2 layers of shingles. After tearing off this roof, making some wood repairs, we began installing a new GAF roofing system.
